Hi Peter - UK only because it keeps things simpler for me. I shipped a lens to Italy a few years back and it supposedly never arrived - the amount of time and effort to sort it out was ridiculous - Sorry!
Hi LennyBloke, things are changed in Italy! Now items arrive (at least, I've never had a parcel lost)... almost in time!

Thanks Bill!

UWA was for Ultra Wide Angle... I was asking because I know you are right, of course, but with my wider lenses, both 18mm, I do not find the stretching so noticeable or annoying, i was just wondering if there was big difference between 8 and 12 on people's faces.

No good Pentax shop in my nearby, unfortunately... I should have a go with a Nikon or Canon... what if i like it?

So a shot taken at 8 mm (i.e. with the sigma 8-16) would worsen this effect? I'm considering to buy one UWA, at what focal lenght do you start to notice it?

Any problems to ship it to Italy? Is it still available? If so, please PM me with an email where I can contact you... thanks!

It's a fine if somewhat characterless lens. I understand there are lens element separation issues on some samples.
In what way characterless - great colour rendition, sharp, compact, light.
I've got the 28-70 f4, too, and I find it decent, nothing more. In fact I never use it, not enough sharp. And of course too long for everyday shooting, but on the other hand lightweight and with constant aperture.
