thanks guys, I opted for the 4 channel wireless triggers in the end, they had a good review and were £20 cheaper than the interfit, I figure if they work great, if not onto ebay they go and buy the interfit ones

Hi all I've been going round and round in circles trying to find a cheap wireless trigger for my interfit ex150 mark II home studio kit.

I was going to be really tight and use the in built flash but that just caused light issues! so as this is a budget setup and photographers are a discerning lot... generally, I was hoping to find some other users in similar position who have actually found a solution. As a starting off point I've found the ishoot pt-04 A and the 4 channel PT-04 on Amazon (I think their probably the same thing) but what are other users... using?

P.S. just wanted to add this ishoot wireless trigger only I don't want to buy the reciever if I don't have to!
