while we are on the subject of the 645n , is it bad to leave the power switch on I'm worried about the switch breaking or wearing out !!

set it to X and it stayed at 35mm, since my 75mm FA is a single focal length I can manually zoom it !! my zoom lens is manual focus and won;t be using a flash with it and I did have the flash in the A zoom mode !!

I have a 645n and bought a used AF-500atz flash, when used with a 75mm Fa lens the zoom setting on the flash stays at 35mm, I can manually zoom it to 70 or 80 mm but not automatically !! when using my 45-80 A lens it doesn't change either so being new to both the camera and the flash I don't know if if it should change or something is wrong !
