While the tilt of the head is good, I feel that the picture could have been improved if the model wasn't looking straight at the camera, and I would have cropped some of the t-shirt out as well as I feel there is too much of it in the picture.
Nice model, and almost there.

Dramatic image.
The large areas of highlight to the left and right of the base of the building are a bit distracting.

Great shot. I couldn't believe it was taken with a 300mm, I thought you could only get this sort of quality with macro lenses close up.

Nice composition, with strong diagonal dynamic.
The boardwalk, water and top of boat are all of a similar tone. A different mono conversion separating these three elements more would produce a stronger image IMHO.
