Great shot, looks like an abstract.
You could use this an a texture/colour overlay with another picture at very low opacity to get an interesting effect.

Good quality image, and nice separation from the background.
You may want to think about toning down or cloning out the brighter areas behind the neck and to the bottom right of the image.

Super image. I don;t usually like spot colour, or desaturating the background so much, but you do it so well. You have a great eye.
I love your mono shots as well, they have a great feel to them.
