Esteemed forum friends.

A few days ago I posted on this forum saying that on ebay I was selling Pentax equipment, which had belonged to my recently deceased Dad, in aid of the Stroke Association. I had a wonderful response.

Thanks to the kindness of the Pentax Forum and others, I can now report that I have raised over £800 for the Stroke Association through the sale of photographic and engineering items. (I have a few more engineering items to sell so I hope the final total will exceed £850.). I have also "met" through email some lovely folk.

Thank you all most sincerely. I shall look in from time to time on the Forum as I have kept four of Dad's cameras including one Pentax digital!

Thanks guys for the kind words. This must be the friendliest forum on the web! The only Pentax I have kept of Dad's is an easy peasy Optio ( he went digital latterly but never liked it much) but that gives me an excuse to look in your forum once in a while, which must be good.

I don't know if I should mention "other brands" but I've also kept a couple of his 35mm Olympuses, and a Yashica T5 which is very idiot proof! Sold the Fujica half frame camera last week - lovely little thing but not my cup of tea.

Since my Dad's untimely demise from a stroke, I have a lot of older Pentax equipment to dispose of (having kept 3 of his other cameras - Dad collected them!). I listed the lot on Ebay in aid of the Stroke Association.... then found you folk! Anyway, you'll find the above plus other accessories on UK Ebay - search under "Pentax Mount Adaptor K" and you shall find that and other stuff listed under my Ebay name of "rabbitcount".
