I know you have bought a Manfroto rail, but I have a Pentax bellows and SNC Pentax Bellows 1.4 100mm lens combination looking for a good home if they are of interest ? The lens also has it's own Pentax fabric case with a belt loop. All are in very good clean condition, pretty much mint.

Yes it is the SMC Pentax 100mm bellows lens, identical to the one in the photo you linked to.
