Reverse proportions works well with the clouds here. I'd clone out the bird just by the very bright cloud just right of centre as it's a major distraction. The clouds pull you in to the centre of the picture and then there is blob just on the margin. Steve

Amazing - columns show very little convergence compared to what we'd general expect in an uncorrected image of this focal length. Looks like Sigma have cracked that problem pretty well. Looks like it may have to go on my 'wanted' list :D Steve

Nice. Quite a wide dynamic range, so guess this is an HDR image and pretty subtle with it Steve

Good composition - won't have spotted it was the fish-eye lens if you'd not said so - the little distortion evident in the water could be natural. Steve

Nice shot - my kind of place. I think it would be better if the immediate right hand corner foreground could have been the pool beneath the waterfall - the rocks are a slight distraction being quite a lot lighter than the rest of the image. Steve

Well timed shot and very effective. Maybe sellable too - lots of potential messages could be used with this. Steve

Might work even better in black & white - looks like you got a good tonal range - worth a try. Steve

Something about Black & White that can make a good colour image really stand out. Like it. Steve

Definately a v special shot. Prefer the colour version because with the limited colours present it has the feel of a twice tinted mono colour print - brilliant if done well and this comes into that category imho. Steve

Spent a few afternoons with him and the rest of the our little group on the Ridgeway. Like all things photographic, a lot of it is timeing and doing a bit of recce work to get the locations worked out ready for that sp ...
