There are already longer options for TS lenses in other independent makes, it is the wide end we have been missing. If Samyang go on to produce a 17mm TS lens I'll be really happy!

Thanks for the tip womble. You don't happen to know who makes or sells the longer TS lenses do you?

I've seen the announcement for the Samyang tilt and shift. Although it's hard to tell by just looking at a picture of the lens, it is bound to be better than the Lensbaby tilt (no shift) lens and optics that I recently wasted money on. Still now that I've been off the fags and booze for four weeks I might be able to afford it. Although it is only available in 24mm. 35mm and perhaps 70mm would be great.

Bokeh! What a beautiful word. I had to look it up in the dictionary though.

Thanks for the tip Steve, but shake reduction was off and i did not have the camera on a tripod. Since then I have checked with the Official Pentax 'Self Help' website and they more or less said, "Don't worry about it ,it won't affect the picture" Have you or anybody else had this happen with your camera?

My Pentax K-5 makes quite an audible and constant sound when using Live View, particularly when using long lenses. Is this normal or is there something wrong?

This is a non photography thing. Went to Specsavers last week ( two for the price of one and half price for the eye test) Nevertheless it gave me no little pleasure to discover that the lenses in my two new pair of glasses were made by Pentax. By the way I can see now.
