Hereius what is my last project shot with my K3....
Cosmos over the Christmas Cul-de-sac.
This is a composite image. Consisting of a deep sky image of the Iris (bottom right) and Ghost (top left) Nebulae, and a 4 image Pano of the cul-de-sac where I live.
On another note... I am keeping my Pentax film kit. So in the future I maybe be posting stuff shot with it!
Ps... I now own a Canon 5D MkIV.....

I wouldn't use those lenses, as I have telescopes at those focal lengths. I would want fast 28, 35 and 50mm for widefield.

If I wan to go to newer kit, older kit has to be sold. I have no other choice.Even though I am getting 2 Nikon Z lenses to go with my Z8 (14-30 and 105 macro - so yes I can now do wideangle shots with the Lee system without having to invest in the 150 system) I cannot bring myself to sell my current Pentax gear; the joy of using the Limiteds on the K1 (and sometimes the Z-1p and P50) cannot be surpassed and the time will come to add to the Trinity with the 21 Limited.

The other issue with getting a K1 is lens cost. Pentax high end used lenses tend to be almost two or three times that of other manufacturers. Canon L series lenses are more abundant and cheaper.

No..... but it could be a bit beyond my financial reach....Well Spad - your contributions and style will definitely be missed - Your Astro work in particular is of the highest standard, and your attitude towards trying anything is refreshing. I did enjoy reading your opinions on many things - we weren't left unsure of where you stand on things

Astrophotography is a lot more indepth. I have two OSC DSO cameras. One is good with two of my scopes but crap with others. The other is great with all but one of them bar 1!!! It can get a bit mind boggling!

At that time that's all I could afford... plus I got it for a good price.
The 6D MkII & 5D MkIV are on my list. I have looked ar Sony & Nikon, but the reason I am leaning toward Canon is their lenses.
