hi - i'm new here and to dslr photography - funny because i was thinking of asking the same question re this lens. this crop shows a lot of unwanted colours on the gulls - was taken at full 300mm. is it because its a cheap lens? or is it because the lens is at 300mm, if i reigned it in a bit would prob go?
