Thanks for the advice. I have actually super glued the Pentax adaptor in place but if I get another Seagull I will try your suggestion.

Having used Canon & Nikon digital cameras for a number of years I still felt a yearning for my old Minolta film cameras. I feel you meld with a camera and using it then becomes second nature. The Canons, Nikons and Sony DSLRs did't give me this feeling so I decided to get a supposedly unfashionable K20D. I took it on holiday in the West Country and immediately felt it was "right". No camera is perfect but this was a gem which I still own. Late last year I decided to get the K5 as well and this has proved to be a revelation. A superb piece of kit which I truly enjoy using. I am now a real Pentax convert and was encouraged to see Ephotozine put the K5 second to one of the Nikon 3s in their list of top 11 cameras. Perhaps others will now see how good these new Pentax cameras are.

Gripes: I would like to see a greater range of lenses from Pentax eg telephotos and shift & tilt. I would also love to see a full frame model but this doesn't seem to be on the horizon. Finally I would like to see a right angle finder. There used to be one but it was almost impossible to obtain and cost a whopping £370! I eventually settled on a Seagull but even with the right adaptor this wobbles horrendously.

Looking forward to being a member of the group and seeing what goes on.

Regards to all

Ray
