Genus looks like Campanula- the bell flower. Species is difficult to tell without knowimg the hight or seeing the leaves and slide film is often unable to record blues correctly. Good flower portrait , I wonder if digital has the flower " blues".

Stone circles seem to be all the rage. This is one of the most destinctive shots of Calanais that I have seen and of course the circle is a a few thousand years older than the Irish one. Geo.
