This has probably beeen talked about in previous threads so if some could point me in the right direction that would be great.

I need to use some studio lights with my K10D. Would it be best to use a hotshoe adapter with a sync cable (if so does it matter what make of adapter).
Or would it be best to use a trigger, again does anyone have any sugestions for a reliable one.
