I used to ride a dark olive-green Raleigh for girls with the same hub before it was sold to a junk dealer by the janitor of our building without our permission when he was about to retire. It had been bought in the early seventies by my wife in US and then brought to Turkey. After using it more than 20 years it was still like new(not even a rust or scratch). So, this reminds me fondly and sadly ...

Andrew, you've become greatly inspirational with this. The photo inspires warm feelings and takes one away with the music reverberating in the memory, the masterly production of pianos and the lives of the members of the family that can be imagined from the photos... The boy's face is far more prominent in this version, which overcomes the bright highlight behind. The crop works nicely too. By using the advice proffered by Ian and Andrew, plus your own judgement, you've ended up with a really delightful photograph. Totally agree with this; and I should add that you produced an unfogettable photograph for many.
Congrats and

Love the colours and dappled shades and especially the reflections on the panes here!

You put several great images one after another to cherish Gary, I love them all! However, as this one feels warmer to me bec. of my involvement with books and eye glasses, chose it to comment on. It reminds me one of Andrew's shots, and I like the addition of the old envelope.
