I placed order from Crazy Cameras in Oct 06 2009 01:50 Canon Lens EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 £294.99 after 10 days of expectation the order wasn't executed. I have been forced to Canceled Order as I have to go in my holiday (without the camera).
Having counted an event as misunderstanding what can happen.
In Jan 25 2010 13:33 I placed a new order 6 positions of the various goods.
Then I have understood that it is not misunderstanding but it is the system.
I have spent a great many hours for phone calls and voice messages (not on one voice message I have not received the answer) several times it was possible to speak with Crazy Cameras workers they promised to me to send the goods in a current of 5-7 days. On my great numbers of letters, I have received formal answers like (We apologise for the delay of delivery; we have not received answers yet from the shipping department. Or We have not fully resolved our system errors yet,
that is why your order is still in process etc.)Till now I have not received the goods
I address to all Internet users the not give way to a temptation and don't order from Crazy Cameras.
When you looking at level of a website, the price, a broad assortment, the impression is created that it is the serious company working in the Great Britain selling price in pounds sterling’s.
But having read a considerable quantity of responses and leaning through my personal experience.
I have come to conclusion that Crazy Cameras simply free uses money of trustful customers, For example if 100 000 buyers "will buy" at Crazy Cameras the virtual goods having spent we will say £300 thereby they give interest-free loan to Crazy Cameras owner in £30000000 it is not bad business isn't that so.
I have suggested Crazy Cameras to pay me average bank percent for using my money (because The Credit Card is debited immediately the order is placed …. Which is not the normal practice in the UK, Credit Cards are normally debited when the goods are shipped.) Whereupon I receive the answer that my Order is Canceled.
I email to Crazy Cameras that I did not cancelled my order.
The company exists long time, in spite of a large quantity of complaints.
It signify that the company has a powerful patron.
Therefore struggle by oneself with them will not be effective.
