All insurance claims for scarcities, damages or inaccurate product have to be made to Customer Service within 5 days from invoice of goods.
Please allow as much as 3% on damages and scarcities.
Demand for modifications are required to be in composing.
While every attempt to honor change demands will be made, orders in production can not be altered or cancelled.
