I can confirm without a photo that this is an official Pentax product. I have simply put a key I found while sorting with this as an aid to assist the buyer in removing and attaching the adapter. It's not really much use to me without the adapter!
So to clarify; the adapter is official. The key is not official BUT is free!

Hello,
Having a bit of a clear out to make way for new gear!
I have sold on here before to some very happy customers. All sales preferred through Paypal as a gift. Goods will be shipped promptly upon clearing of payment.
Pentax FA 50mm f/1.4 - In superb condition, free from scrathes, marks or any wear. Has had a uv filter on since I bought it new from SRS a couple of years ago. Lightly used. A superb low light and portrait lens. Comes with a Hoya lens filter, leather pouch, lens caps and all original packaging and documentation - £250 delivered UK
Pentax A 50mm f/2.8 Macro - As you'll all know, an incredibly sharp and well regarded original Pentax lens that is appearing less and less on the used markets. Superb macros and stunning portraits, this is a great all rounder and any reviews you read will back this up.
The lens is in superb condition and operates perfectly. Barrel markings are intact and besides a very minimal amout of barrel wearing ( you have to look hard to find it) the lens is almost perfect.
Optics clean, aperture blades snappy with only a spec or two of internal dust that is irrelevant to the results produced with this lens. Comes with caps and a leather pouch - £200 delivered UK
Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 Di-II LD Macro Pentax AF- Pretty much as new condition. Lightly used and in perfect working order. Comes with caps, hood and all original packaging and documentation. Great for portraits, wildlife and discreet macro. A real bargain lens - £95 delivered UK
Pentax-M SMC 135mm F3.5 - Mint condition. Comes with caps in leather pouch - £45 delivered
SMC Pentax f/1.8 55mm lens - Good used condition. Barrel markings slightly worn and a few specs of dust as normal for a lens of this age. Great portrait lens on cropped sensor digital cameras. comes with caps and pouch - £40 delivered UK
Helios-44m-4 f/2 58mm lens- I have two of these lenses. One has been adapted to allow for aperture changes on Pentax DSLR's. This one has a ding on the filter thread so fitting a filter may be cumbersome. Internally there are a few specs of dust but image quality is unaffected. The focus throw is a little stiff as well. Externally in good used conditon. No caps - £15 delivered UK
The second of these needs adapting (very simple - see many threads on this and other Pentax forums). In very good condition externally and internally. Again, focus ring fairly stiff. I personally don't mind it though as its easy to fine tune! No rear cap - £25 delivered
Vivitar automatic extension tubes - marked AT -22 36mm, 12mm, 20mm. Mint condition, come with caps. £ 25 delivered UK
Asahi Pentax mount adapter K Official Pentax branded adapter in superb condition. Comes in original box and a key to assist attaching and removing - £30 delivered UK
Metz 36 AF-4P Flash gun Hardly used. Comes pretty much as new in original box with instructions and other documents. Has three zoom setting as well as a tilting head - £50 delivered UK
Vivitar zoom thyristor 3500 flash gun In great working condition. Works manually on Pentax cameras. Dedicated to Olympus for automatic control. Zoom and tilting head - £20 delivered UK
If you need images of individual items then please PM me.
Thanks for looking!

It's not the iso's fault!! You have a white background so the shots are underexposed. Try dialing in a stop and a half of + exposure comp.
