Wonderful stuff going on here. What are you using to scan.
Best regards

It seems like a good film - fine grain and good contrast and tones, very similar to FP4+.
I'm currently undecided whether to take the 645 or the less flexible but more travel-friendly Yashica Mat 124G on an upcoming trip to Galicia in October. It's a difficult decision.

I find many B&W photos (and indeed colour ones) have the contrast boosted too high and it detracts from them, but that's not to my taste. I tried to keep the contrast realistic in these, while still giving them enough punch.

I think many cities suit black and white, but Paris especially as it's such a beautiful, vibrant and varied place.
Alas, the one cemetery I visited closed at 6pm, which I hadn't realised. I shot quite a bit there with the 645 and was about to switch to 35mm when I realised it would close in ten minutes
I don't know what the "do not love humans" posters are for, I haven't looked them up yet, but there were a lot of them and I thought them very intriguing.

I took a Fujifilm X-M1 (with which I used various Pentax lenses), a Pentax 645 and a Ricoh XR-M, a very nice but little-known K-mount 35mm SLR from around 1987. I had a really great time just wandering and taking photos, especially on film. Using these old cameras and lenses is a real pleasure, far removed from shooting a digital SLR with auto everything, and in a beautiful place and not in any hurry it really is fantastic.
Here's a (large) selection of pictures all taken with the Ricoh using Pentax M series lenses - I took the 35/2, the 50/1.4 and the 85/2. The film is all Ilford FP4+ and these were developed by me at home (in Ilfosol 3 if anyone's inetrested) and scanned on an Epson V500.

I haven't been to the north of Norway (only the south) but for that type of photography I would make two recommendations. The first is to take a good tripod because you'll need slow shutter speeds. The second is to consider taking an old manual lens or two, simply because you can set them to infinity focus without having to rely on the AF system, which may not work at night with a low contrast scene.
