I am in my mid 30's, married to Elisabetta and have a son Jake.

Although I have had an SLR since I was about 8 (a Zenith B), it is only in the last few years that I have started spending more time on my photography.

The impetus came from buying a digital compact about 6 years ago and I promptly shot about 2000 pictures (quantity not quality) in 2 years which ironically lead to me dusting off my Chinon CP7m and frequent visits to eBay to increase my number of PK lenses. I then bought a Pentax MZ-6 (ZX-L) before switching to digital full time with an *istD in 2004 which I subsequently replaced with a K10D in December 06 and most recently a K20D

My best photographic achievement to date is Pentax using a shot I took of the Red Arrows for their national advertising campaign for the K10D.
