Don't worry, I'll just chuck them in an old biddy home asap, sell their house, then I don't have anything to panic about
That's what she thinks...

The 10-20, as already stated, is a very nice lens to use. Architecture and street shooting are where it excels in my opinion.

Although people at the frame edge when shooting at 10mm can look a little odd.

The thing that surprised me was the lack of strong barrel distortion at the short end, making straight from the camera shots look OK for printing with no extra work.

I got a Sony Blue Ray thing with internet. That has i-player (works well) and the 5 thing as well as other ones, but no itv.

The problem could be that the ITV people aren't paying the manufacturers enough to support their browsers.

Afterall, when did Sony,Samsung etc do anything for free?

Weekend away,so see you all Sunday.

Still if you liked the 45mm on the Minolta an FA28 would be almost exactley the same focal length if they still make them, small too.
Nice lens but insanely expensive when they come on the market.

You could just set the standard 18-55 at,say,35mm and go for a walk.

That should give you an idea of what to expect and if the length is what you want.

DA40 f2.8, great for street and buildings, although a little longer than the 35mm lenses I find it versatile and pleasing to use.
