pentax mf is cheap, and so do the pentax 67 mlu, i got my 645 plus standard lens for about 175 pounds.

if you had 67 and 645 you only need to buy one 645 lens, that is 35 3.5, all other lenses you can share with 67 with an adapter, that is actually quite convieniet.

to get a good shot, i payed about 400 pounds for my tripods. that is really a lot of money............ but worth it!!

actually i have pentax k10d, which is my main workhorse, but if you really want good result for shooting landscape, medium format plus slides(rvp?) is probably a realistic choice. (since not anyone can affort hasselblad plus phaseone digital back).

my baby k10d is just back from repair, the apature spring on the body was not responding ending up with everyshot with max apature. i am glad it got fixed.

i got pentax645(manuel focus one) with 3 lens, which i had used for a few months. it produced great result on slides, the problem is to get them properly digitalised.

i recently bought a epson flatbed scanner but it seemed not to be good enough although i can use it to produce 1billion pixels jpeg .

the problem it the dark bit, most of the details are lost, quite frustrating. i am thinking of upgrade my pc and put some investment on a drum scanner, instead going for another nikon dslr.

great photos, especially those portrait ones. i wonder how you get those vivid colors out of the film, drum scanner? or adjusted by photoshop.
