Comp is great, however over processing to bring up sharpness, a response to a slightly soft image, as produced halos, particularly visible around the black head, detract from what is an astonishing looking bird.

Instantly appealing to me, the scratches etc work well to produce a vintage styled image but the mock film effect top and bottom cheapen a really well taken landscape :)

Exactly, like a ghost :)The slight purplish color repeating in the DOF marks this image as a special one. So much is so interesting . Love the way the fencing forces the eye to take in the entire image. V.V. nice thanks, tg
