A Pentax WG-3 was recently purchased for one of our Maintenance sections. He took several pictures and then went back to their shop to download the pictures onto his PC. When he connected the camera using the USB connector, it does not recognize that the camera is connected. It was powered up but not recognized. We had him use a couple other USB ports but still nothing. We had him reboot has PC but still nothing.

IS this model of camera compatible with Windows 7 64-bit OS?
