Went to Fay Godwin exhibiton at the Media museum earlier this week. Very inspiring. I am amazed at what she achieved in black and white/sepias. There were some excellent low light pics taken in the rain on hillsides - usualy the time I pack the camera away and trudge down to the teashop!

The articles pages on this site are becoming realy useful.
AS for seeing to focus - set up the shot in torch light and use manual focus.
If you are looking for torches the new powerful single led from Lenser, (the p7) is brilliant. Its not a bulb in the traditional sense, more a light source. At the moment if you buy one there is smaller torch free.

The Katz Eye website has a pdf with instructions that can be downloaded. There are also You tube videos that explain how to do it. I think that the main thing to do is to only handle the screen by the tab with the special tweezers.
I think that there are others on this wesite that have installed them with no trouble
