Not just a Lancaster bomber but THE Lancaster Bomber. The worlds last flying example I believe and the center piece of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF)..... awesome!

Just do it Jacqui. The k-x is a terrific camera. I bought mine from Currys of all places and got the camera body, the 18-55 and the 50-200 plus other bits and pices for the all in price of £399.00.
The only niggle I have had is that the first body, bought in Ayr, Scotland, back focussed slightly but all credit to Currys in Hanley, Staffordshire, they swapped it without argument as soon as I showed them. Excellent bit of customer service.
This is my first dslr and I am delighted with it. Best of all my old Vivitar 50mm f1.7 and Sigma 28mm f2.8 Mini Wide just plugged straight in. Long live the K mount I say.

Welcome Dave,
I got the same deal from Curry's a few weeks ago and I have to say I haven't been dissappointed despite the fact that the first one had an auto focus issue. You are going to love this camera, for the money it as an absolute star.
Good shooting,
Chrys

'There are 17 known largely complete Avro Lancasters remaining in the world with two airworthy. One of them is based in the UK, operated by The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the other is in Canada, operated by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. Lancaster FM-136 was purchased by Lynn Garrison, in 1961, and displayed in Calgary, Alberta as a memorial to those who trained under the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. It is now being returned to flying condition'.
