About browndale
First got interested in photography in 1959 at the tender age of 12 when my father let me have his old box brownie. The thrill of seeing how your photos turn out has stayed with me ever since. Had various cheap cameras until 1971 when I bought my first Pentax, a Spotmatic with 50mm f1.4, (why oh why did I ever sell it)? Apart from an 18 month period when I had an alternative brand given to me free and gratis, I have stayed with Pentax and see no reason to change.
