The real porblem I have is that I am looking forward to a picture taking holiday in Italy, Lake Garda area and don't want to be carrying a lot of gear. What I was hoping for is a set of Diopters and a teleconvertor to reduce the kit bag, I am looking at taking; Sigma 24 - 70mm 1:2.8 EX DG , Tamron SP AF Apherical Di 17 - 35mm 1:2.8 - 4 and the standard Pentax 18 - 55mm SMC Pentax DA 1:1.35 - 5.6 and 50 - 200mm SMC Pentax 1:4 - 5.6 so Iam trying to reduce these in number, maybe you guys can help? best possible regards Ron

Has anybody got any feel/experience using these screw on front end diopters for macro-photography. Or shoud I consider a dedicated macro lense. thanks Ron
