OK, unfortunately Johnsons Photopia couldn't get the part needed from Pentax so still for sale as is.

Final price here is £325.

I've just had a provisional quote from Johnsons Photopia (Pentax UK Servicing) for repair of the cosmetic damage on the flash housing on the K-5. The quote is £96.

With this in mind, I will now offer the camera for £400.

If it's not sold by this Sunday, I will get it repaired and brave the eBay.

For sale: Pentax K-5 Silver Limited Edition

This is the first release of the Silver K-5 and so has the toughened glass rear display and also the more pronounced grip.

The camera works perfectly and has 9,959 shutter actuations so far. It has helped me produce some wonderful images.

The camera has a mark on the flash housing, caused by rubbing against a mini manfrotto tri-pod which had been hastily put in the wrong pocket.

The camera has some scratches on the base from tripod use.

For sale: Pentax fit Panagor PMC Auto Macro 90mm f/2.8

Glass is clear and the lens functions perfectly.

There has never been any grip on the barrel, but I guess this may be because it is a sample copy. Nevertheless, it produces great images.

Comes with front end rear caps.
