Technically imperfect, compositionally strange - BUT who cares this is what we need - MEMORIES that will never fade. I would have loved one of these when my babies were born.

With Darkmunk on this one - I like to see newborns with their mother or surrounded by life. That's why I prefer the other baby shot in B&W with another human. Sorry, but with all imagery, you know what you like!!

Love this shot - going to get my old coins out and have a go but don't have a macro lens.

Hi jim
Fantastic shot - you must be well pleased. Were you over at Kingsbury Water Park? Beverley

I used to go there every weekend when I had a car that took the bike rack - miss it like hell - your image has made me think I need to find a way over there again. Great feeling of movement.

One cat lover here adores it. DoF adds so much to the pin sharp cat's face. This cat appears at peace with the world - what a wonderful capture.
Edit - had another look, is a bit blurred must have been the wine!!

Reversing this image makes sense as your eye is led away in a natural direction - the colour is fantastic and I love the letter box crop.
