I have an *ist DS body and want suggestions for a lens, flash and settings for the camera for shooting butterflies. I have a hot shoe flash and a Sigma 105 mm macro lens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking to upgrade my equipment next year and need some suggestions.
I currently am using a Pentax *ist DS and want to stay in the Pentax line. My interests are capturing butterflies and other wildlife and also would like to be able to get good shots of my kids (portait type shots).
I don't want to spend big money on the upgrade. Would the K-7 be a good choice or would one of the other cameras in the Pentax line be better?

Photo of a Tiger Swallowtail. *ist DS and 50-200mm SMC DA lens. Taken in a wooded area close to my home. Second photo is the same butterfly with a surprise intruder - a hummingbird moth.

This photo was shot with an *ist DS and a Sigma 105mm 1:2.8 DG Macro lens. The subject is a clouded Sulphur Butterfly perched on a Zinnia in my garden.

Thanks for the comments. These were taken in my garden. In the first shot the background is lima bean hulls. The second shot was taken on the lima bean plant itself.
