It's been mirrored yes, but it's actually the rear heater core from my landcruiser. Had it out when I restored the truck. I thought it looked pretty unique for a heater core - took way to many pictures of it... The thing is actually completely round and doesn't leak!
40 yrs old. Although one day the heater hoses leading to it blew while driving, that was a bloody mess and I was in a corner when it happened, talk about freaking out, the truck filled with steam...
