I'm glad you used a high shutter speed. I simply can't understand what people see in those rivers of milky slurry that pass for flowing water these days
I can understand why you took this one - it's lovely

Looks good to me. My better half tends to agree with you David about seeing the water for real. I like both depending on the situation; this to me does suit the higher shutter speed

Thanks all for commenting. There's occassion when the milky water effect is appropriate and even enhances a photo and looks like it belongs and I like it, but I prefer the natural looking flow of water for the most part.
