A real "true to life" image, Junousia, inasmuch as that's how we generally see these creatures around us: a fleeting glimpse through undergrowth, etc.!

I took the picture from about 6m distance around the corner. Later in the evening when it was dark, the brown hare came closer to the path of the house and remained in the same place for more than 4 hours before continuing his nocturnal journey to the search of food eating also ours apple twigs. We followed the hare through windows. I believe that it's the same which was been here couple of years. Quite a big fellow.
