Yellowstone - A view through the trees
by AggieDad
There are many, many places in Yellowstone National Park in the U.S. where you see beautiful scenes. This just happens to be one of the photos I took that I like - especially the sky.

Very nice! How I'd love to go to Yellowstone, The BBC Documentary 'Yellowstone' is good and full of fantastic photographic scenes.
"In a photographic context I don't like the use of the word 'shot' as where I live this word refers to an extreme act of violence and not the beautiful craft of photography"

Yellowstone is an absolute wonder, and I encourage anyone visiting the U.S. to try and get there.
However, avoid mid-June through mid-August - a time it is absolutely packed with cars filled with families. Imagine being in a one hour traffic jam because a bull bison has decided to stand in the middle of the road for no apparent reason other than to mess with the minds of humans.
But once school begins, it becomes absolutely marvelous.
