I am not to sure about the picture but I can appreciate the amount of effort that has gone into obtaining such a symmetrical image. It certainly has presence!
There is a bit of vegetation evident in the bottom right hand corner.

Taking a second look at the picture it looks like the camera meter has been fooled by the sky. Make a mask for the sky and darken the sky using curves to what you think looks the best. Invert the mask and using a new curves adjustment layer increase the luminance of the building which will give you a much cleaner yellow.

Hi Bob, I appreciate your comments, This picture is exactly how it was down loaded from the camera, I did not do anything with it. I just starting doing photography with a DSLR (K-5) and have no experience with software. I will however try and do what you suggested.
