Thanks guys, but it's really down to the XK. The British car industry seemed to know where it was going in those days. I actually prefer these fifties models to the later and more famous E-types.

I wish... I've an old BMW Z3 which is in lovely condition and offers the illusion of classic motoring, at least! It's roughly the same the colour as this XK!

Nice shot - nice car
At least with your Z3 Andrew you can be forgiven for expecting it to start when you turn the key
As much as I love these old cars - the convenience of the reliability of later cars is a powerful attraction as well
