Very sorry it don’t do it for me! the cloud at the top needs cutting down as its very flat right at the top and these type of shots need to be a very strong and lots of contrast in the photo to work to me and the whole softness to this photo is to soft I think what you have done in this photo by using the HDR softness pp work is a little to soft.
