I think that this picture would benefit greatly by some tighter cropping, I would crop out at least 4cm of the sky at the top, 2 cm on the left and 2-3 cm of the beach at the bottom.

Nelson was our preferred place, when we were considering emigration to NZ a couple of years ago. I am very envious.

I like the feeling of distance. But I would be glad if the boy turned around. It would have added to the distance if he was looking in the opposite direction.
