The photograph is OK however (although I am no expert) I might have done the following:-

-Cropped the shoot to focus the eye on the train and parallel lines cut out the field on the left however keep bank bushes
-Saturate the yellow and red colours if you have a post production software
-Slow your shutter speed to say 250 so that you get a sense of movement or pan if you are confident with that technique to blur the back ground
