Really a beautiful subject. I would like to look at an improved version with "the colour of purple flowers coming out of the screen".Increase sat and lightness of that part of compo. ie in layers duplicate background. Then "screen" in blend mode. In same layer open a layer-mask and using black or white cover the part you're interested with (meanwhile apply a level adjustement and hue adj). Bye
