I was confronted by this magnificent, life size guard as I entered a Tool Supplier. I asked if he worked there. He replied, with strong accent, "Not at tool at tool."
I thought this was so clever, I just had to photograph it but struggled to clone out surrounding wall fixtures: power socket, cable trunking and fuse box etc.

Original skeleton! In old age he/she will have no troubles in getting new spare parts
I have not been able to "recognize"sex....She seems to be a she with a strange "piercing"
I imagine what "tool"should be used if "it" should happen to be a "he"....Sorry! I'm joking

I had assumed that it was male but perhaps you are correct in thinking it to be female and already "assimilated" by the "Borg", the external calipers at the bottom end being there to continually monitor the development stage of the expected birth of tommorrow. If the present figure were male then the appropriate tool for the appendage would probably be a drill, long series tap with obvious male thread, or maybe a grease gun!
