A Change in Direction

A well known overlook at Dead Horse Point in Canyonlands National Park Utah. Have just had three weeks in Utah area combining hiking, photography and skiing. We had less snow than we expected, but it was still vey cold at sunrise.

A very pleasing shot. One to hang on the wall!
The detail in the highlights and midtones are well managed in what looks to be very contrasty lighting.
