Hi hasky,
I also think this is a great shot.
But in my personal opinion the model eyes position (full side looking) is a little bit dangerous situation. It is easy to confuse with a cross-eyed person. I think is preferable to maintain the iris surrounded with the eyeball white at least with a minimal portion of it.
Do this proof: hide the model left face side with your hand, and then do the same with her right side. See what I mean?
