Rees, what an excellent capture, fantastic shot, goodness me, look at that ISO setting and you managed to control it pretty good.
You can tell I am getting obsessed with ISOs nowadays can't you?
This is a lovely bird. Haven't seen any in my garden. Are they rare?

Thank you everyone for your kind comments.
One thing puzzled me with this shot. The Exif info gives the focal length of the lens at 500mm, I don't own a 500mm lens, it was taken with a Pentax smc - F 1: 4.5 300mm lens
Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!
