This was shot in Estrela Basilica, Lisbon. The basilica is located on the hill the famous tram Number 28 leads.

The light catching his hand and two edges of the paper are just enough to explain what is going on. Makes for a compelling image.

Nice shot... Highlight on top of head not good in my opinion...
