back garden

Photo Information
I took this photo through my kitchen window, as it's as close as I'll ever get with out sitting in the tree with them, my camera is a K200d, I don't know whether I can improve on this, ie bigger lens or upgrade my camera? lol

This is a cracking shot, nicely blurred background that contrasts all the colours of this goldfinch. He almost looks "dressed for dinner".
Best regards.

Hooray a Goldie not in Ken`s garden. Good shot, the window glass gives a "soft" feel but the focus and colours are well nice. K200 is a nice bit of kit, perhaps a long lens. With work like this though who could realy want much much more?

Thanks for the comments, I used my Sigma 70-300mm on this shot but I do have a Sigma 120-400mm but unless I tuck my arms in with this I'm a bit shaky but the wife draws a line at a tripod on the kitchen work surface lol.
