Yes, Ian's right. I've taken many shots in similar circumstances and digital sensors just can't cover the dynamic range. Pity, as the building looks very interesting.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think I got a bit carried away using a friends SilverFX. Trying to emulate the pushed HP5 look.
