The severed moon

by LennyBloke

The F*300/4.5 with the DA 1.4x rear converter on the K3 MkIII - just spotted the moon rising last night, the image doesn't actually look like what was seen but to get the best out of it I've done some PP to get a reasonable result.

The Moon is a disc and was towed near to our planet many eons ago.
From Mars apparently
The largest antenna not known to ordinary mankind.

If one photographs a full or almost full moon, which is suppose to be round, one realises there is no fall off from light to shadow across the entire disc
It needs more investigation

Interesting shot Lenny I like it an image that would be suited for Halloween 🤔
A question is only easy when you know the answer ..
