Blue Hut

by yelvertoft

I liked the mix of textures in this, from the wood to the rusty metal of the bolt. The blue lock against the blue door is a nice touch.

Have you enhanced the blue of the door? I would just expect it to be nicely faded. Pleasant shot though. Have you attended one of Andrew's "Door" classes?
Incidentally, I've only just commented on your Ieper photo - seven months after posting.

Steady, Paul! Of course, I do like this shot. It's well seen, carefully framed, has excellent colour and enjoys the benefit of strong directional light.

If I were to be picky, then I'd have gone in a little closer.

Well done!
Best wishes,

Andrew

Thanks for the feedback folks. In answer to Paul's question, no, the colours have not been enhanced, this is straight out of the camera.
